IN THE AREA OF INDUCTIVITIES, HAUG IS INCREASINGLY ACTIVE AS A MANUFACTURER. IN COOPERATION WITH OUR CUSTOMERS, WE LOOK AT DETAILED REQUIREMENTS, CHECK THEM FOR FEASIBILITY AND GIVE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR IMPLEMENTATION.

The desire for an individual product design arises when components are discontinued / no longer available, an alternative for an existing product becomes necessary due to delivery, quality or price problems, or a completely new product with an innovative design is to be designed. In these cases, we are happy to help with our many years of expertise and our network of manufacturing partners. We produce individual products tailored to the specific application at fair prices.

Where are the limits of our in-House developments?

On the one hand, we are technically limited by size and volume. The maximum volume is approx. 500mm x 500mm x 500mm and the weight is approx. 30kg. There are also requirements for dielectric strength and insulation capacity. This goes up to a maximum of approx. 25kV for the test voltage and a maximum of approx. 8kV for the partial discharge extinction voltage.

In addition, there are framework conditions to be met with regard to the availability and procurability of the required materials and any minimum order quantities. Furthermore, the customer must be aware: The product must be re-qualified.

What advantages do the customer have with haug own products?

Thanks to our good network of suppliers, with plastic part production and 3D printing, we have access to the materials required to manufacture them. We are characterized by a high level of technical competence, which is necessary in the planning and production process to ensure quality of the highest standard. We produce from small quantities and guarantee fast response times through our customer service.

• Feasibility check: What material is required and how can it be procured? We send material requests to the suppliers
• Data sheet / technical file is created
