Our range of current-compensated interference suppression chokes made of nanocrystalline VITROPERM® offers you compact sizes and excellent damping properties due to the high permeability and saturation induction of the core material.
These so-called common mode chokes (CMCs) are suitable for a wide range of EMC applications, such as switching power supplies, charging stations and wall boxes, as well as solar inverters, frequency converters for electric drives and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
You benefit from the extensive portfolio of standard types with solutions for both 1-phase and 3-phase systems as well as for 4-fold chokes. Additionally, sample cases with a selection of components and toroidal cores provide the opportunity for an initial introduction.
Best properties for numerous industrial applications
In addition to the compact size and the outstanding damping performance, nanocrystalline interference suppression chokes are characterized by minimal temperature dependence due to their material properties. They are equally suited for high and low ambient temperatures as well as high operating temperatures.
In addition, they enable solutions for high currents and/or high voltages. Furthermore, the superior material properties of nanocrystalline VITROPERM® allow for current-compensated chokes with high inductance and high impedance at remarkably low numbers of windings – which leads to high efficiency and low power loss.
At Haug we have decades of practical and theoretical know-how in the design of current-compensated RFI chokes and in the design of filters. This allows us to improve filter performance, increase reliability, and reduce costs and space requirements.
